A New Kind of Christmas
Christmas is a time for remembering the gift of life God gave us by sending his Son, Jesus, to live among people.
In this time of year when we focus on giving gifts, let's give a gift that lasts!

We have an ongoing connection to the people of Bayonnais, Haiti through International Christian Development Mission (ICDM). In the last 7 years, we have supported this ministry not only with monetary support and supplies, but also with mission trips to serve in this very impoverished area. In the last 30 years, ICDM has transformed this area and impacted beyond their immediate borders through its school for children, medical clinic, Evangelism school, and more. ICDM has now impacted 8 of the 10 states in Haiti, Costa Rica, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, and even Brazil!
We have two channels of giving that we are highlighting this year:
GOATS (Gift of Animals To Succeed)
Feed a School
GOATS
Give a goat, or a chicken, or a pig, or a cow. ICDM's animal-sharing program called GOATS provides families with animals which help produce income and a future. When the gift animal reproduces, the owner then shares one of the offspring with a neighbor to help THEM succeed as well. This is the gift that keeps on giving!
There are several levels of giving:
- Chickens ($12 each)
- Goats ($100 each)
- Pigs ($125 each)
- Cows ($500 each)
Feed a School
Every day that the school in Bayonnais, Haiti is open (260 days per year), each of the 800 plus children in the school run by ICDM receives a free lunch. For many children, this is their only meal of the day. At 50 cents per meal, this adds up to about $400 per day to feed the entire school.
Give one meal or feed the entire school...Every bit helps!
There are several levels of giving:
- 20 Children for a day ($10)
- 100 Children for a day ($50)
- 400 Children for a day ($200)
- 800 Children for a day ($400)
To join in this ministry opportunity, you can:
complete a brochure at the church to submit with your payment, or
make an online payment through our online donation system.
If you choose to give through the online system, please specify ICDM and the details of your gift.
Any gift over $200 can be given in honor or memory of someone,
please include their contact information, so that ICDM can send a card.
If you give a half or whole day of feeding in honor of someone or some event,
ICDM will recognize that day on their social media.
